LAS VEGAS — Deep Roots Harvest , Nevada’s fastest-growing cannabis company, announced today it has nearly completed work on an upgrade and expansion of its cultivation facilities, including adding an outdoor grow in Wendover and modernizing the indoor cultivation operations in Mesquite.
